Mobile Responsiveness

Recently while I was live.. I was told that the widget/form was cut off and not mobile responsive what so ever. My website is fully responsive and have seen that the widget/form code is not.
I have contacted support with this just recently however I see it as a bug and will submit it here also so that it does not get lost.
For now I have left the form live and just hope no one says anything but do hope it gets resolved. Don't think it's anything I can do my end as I have no control over the size of the widget.
