We tested rewards, have had users sign up, reach the reward level and beyond, but no emails received. Nothing in the spam box or inbox for the reward. Also no log of the reward email being sent in the List of Recent Activity list.
When the user logs into the contest, it does in fact show the points above the reward level, and also shows the next reward in the box that was showing the 1st reward, that they should have already received.

been a month and still not working, when will you fix this key issue with your system, as no reward emails makes it a little silly?
